01 Discovery | Understand the business goals, the problem to be solved and gather insights about the users. This is achieved through user research, competitive analysis, and defining project goals and constraints. |
02 Definition | Synthesise the insights and begin to defin the problem. Activities in this phase include creating personas, defining user jounreys, and identifying pain points and opportunities. |
03 Development | Generate ideas and create solutions through brainstorming, sketching, wireframing, and prototyping. |
04 Delivery | Bring the solution to life and deliver it to the business and other stakeholders. This final step is achieved through user testings, eventual iterations, and development. |

Jacqueline shows an attention to data that is never an end in itself. There is a clear tendency to justify one's reasons and points of view based on objective and indisputable data. Jaqueline accompanies her predisposition to a dialectic aimed at reasoning and the evolution of thought. She is also collaborative about the dynamics around her, follows reasoning and makes her contribution effectively.
Collaborating with Jacqueline was fantastic journey for me, as well as for fellow team members. Her effective leadership, coupled with a friendly demeanor and innovative ideas, played a pivotal role in our triumph at the local Educational Hackathon in Belgium. Participating with Jacqueline was a highly successful experience, and I am genuinely pleased that I crossed paths with such an outstanding professional. Although our team did not have an agreed leader, it was clear that Jackie stepped up to that role. She was open-minded and welcoming to new ideas. She welcomed all contributions, while steering the project and keeping us on track. Without Jackie, our team would not have done so well and won the DigiEduHackathon!
I was impressed by her excellent communication, her dedication and knowledge of the entrepreneurial & business processes. I had the pleasure of working with Jacqueline during the hackathon in Val Pellice, where we sought digital solutions for air pollution in Italian cities.
